Good-to-know Facts
Prices are not correlated with the different bedroom dimensions or with the arrangement. All the other services are identical. All bedrooms are furnished with balcony, shower, satellite TV, phone, security box, hairdryer, make up mirror.
In addition to the current price, from 01.01.2014 we will also charge a tourist tax for the province of South Tyrol. This is 2,1 Euro per person per day (excluding children under 14).
- Supplement single bedroom: € 10,00 per day
- Double bedroom used as single: + 40% of original price
- Late-Check out €35,00 pro person/ only on request and by agreement
- Bathrobe (Price. Una tantum): € 6,00
- Garage: € 10,00 per day | for Motobike free
- Dogs in own doghouse – € 15,00 per day, meal not included
- Arrival: The bedroom is available from 3:00 p.m.
- Departure: you should leave the bedroom by 10.00 a.m.
- Earnest: 30% of the total amount of the stay
- Payment: cash, Bancomat, Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard
- Internet - WLAN = free (gratis)
- Extras menu €35,00 (special menus excluded)
- Gluten/Lactose Free: € 10,00 per person per night
In these prices are included the Christmas Time Menu (with 6-7 entrèes) for Christmas Eve, New Years Eve and Easter.
Reservations and bookings are bindings only after the earnest’s payment.
