Cancellation conditions

In this particular situation we have decided not to ask for the deposit, to keep the cancellation conditions and to insert some exceptions* :

Cancellation conditions
In case of lack of insurance the cancellation penalties according to art. 1381 and 1341 of the Italian Civil Code will be as follows:

Cancellation from 28 to 16 days before arrival: 40% of the total price.
Cancellation from 15 to 8 days before arrival: 40% of the total price.
Cancellation less than 8 days before arrival: 70% of the total price.
Early departures or late arrivals: 70% of the total price agreed.

LET'S HELP EACH OTHER
For some years now we have been offering our guests who have to renounce their holiday shortly before the arrival date a solution that we think is a fair compromise for both parties. In fact, according to the above mentioned cancellation conditions we ask for the cancellation fee and when the cancellation fee is paid we will issue a VOUCHER in favour for the same amount, which can be redeemed within one year. Please note: this formula is valid only for bookings made directly at the hotel or from our website. Reservations made through third party operators are excluded from any kind of refund.

CANCELLATION INSURENCE

Book the favorable travel cancellation insurance. This provision covers all cancellation costs in case of accident or illness of the insured and his children.

*EXTRAORDINARY CONDITIONS /COVID-19
In case municipal, regional or national authorities issue restrictions or closures of movement on national/municipal or regional soil due to the covid-19 pandemic the cancellation can be made free of charge. Cancellation will also be free of charge in the case of covid-19 infection or quarantine, both of which have to be proven by medical certification.
