We’ll try to satisfy your bedroom preferences, but it’s not always possible.
Reductions for III° and IV° bed:
· from 0 to 2,99 years old € 12,00 for every bed per day
· from 3 to 5,99 years old 50%
· from 6 to 11,99 years old 30%
· adults 10%
Prices are not correlated with the different bedroom dimensions or with the arrangement. All the other services are identical. All bedrooms are furnished with balcony, shower, satellite TV, phone, security box, hairdryer, make up mirror.
Supplement single bedroom: € 9,00 per day
Double bedroom used as single: + 40% of original price
Solarium, hydro massage: € 8,00
Bathrobe (Price. Una tantum): € 5,00
Garage: € 5,50 per day
Earnest: € 150,00
Reservations and bookings are bindings only after the earnest’s payment
Bank:
Arrival: The bedroom is available from 2:00 p.m.
Departure: you should leave the bedroom by 10.00 a.m.
Payment: cash, Bancomat, Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard
Reservation and booking cancellation:
It may be that a setback could impede the vacation. It’s an unpleasant situation, for the patron and for us. In this case, the earnest will be retained or deducted by your credit card. If you cancel your reservation 4 weeks before your arrival, we’ll return to you your earnest. From 4 to 2 weeks before the arrival, you’ll pay 3 days of permanence. 2 weeks before the arrival or in case of anticipate departure or postponed arrival, you’ll pay 70% of the complete sojourn.
Dogs in own doghouse – € 7,00 per day, meal not included
In these prices are included the Christmas Time Menu (with 6-7 entrèes) for Christmas Eve, New Years Eve and Easter.
